Sample Surfer is a VST3 effect plugin for Windows. In addition to typical delay effects, it is also useful for chorusing, flanging, destructive interference effects, sampling and creative looping. More than just a simple delay processor, it is a versatile multi‑FX unit that is very fun to experiment with and play like an instrument.

Resampling Multi-FX

Sample Surfer works by resampling the delay buffer, stretching audio to play slower or faster.
The delay time can be modulated with built-in LFOs or audio input to produce chorus, flanging, and other time-bending effects.
